This place is fantastic value for your dollar, has everything and among the many all inclusive resorts in this area, it is one of the best.The few things that distracted/surprised us during this stay would likely be unnoticeable to the first timer, though I know that some of you are still reading and are thinking about booking or returning as well:-Booking through their website directly was an ordeal and their office in Miami made multiple excuses, never responded to emails and made false promises that were not met until they were disputed. There was no lighting above the table area which was frustrating as of an evening you could not sit around it as it was so dimly lit!! Everything was spotless clean and the maids do a brilliant job. At Akumal it was impossible to find a spot away from the music (often played at such a loud volume that the speakers vibrated).
